Scrisoare pentru un Startup Wannabe

1. In primul rand sa stii ca a fi antreprenor inseamna sa ai o pasiune nestavilita pentru invatarea continua, actiunea eficienta si gasirea de solutii. Daca nu iti place sa citesti, sa studiezi, sa analizezi, sa aplici, sa testezi, sa masori rezultatele si sa iti schimbi actiunile in functie de rezultatele obtinute, mai bine iti cauti altceva de facut.

2. Eu recomand celor care isi doresc sa devina antreprenori metodologia Lean Startup. Este cea mai eficienta metoda de creare a unui startup de succes, deoarece permite validarea unei idei de afaceri cu minimum de costuri si riscuri.

Metoda presupune, in linii mari, sa cauti o nisa de clienti cu o anumita problema, sa verifici daca problema ii arde si sunt dispusi sa plateasca pentru o solutie, sa creezi o noua solutie care le-ar rezolva problema, sa construiesti un MVP prin care sa iti testezi solutia, sa il vinzi unui esantion reprezentativ statistic din segmentul de clienti tinta, sa masori rezultatele si sa schimbi produsul sau strategia in functie de rezultate. Si pe urma o iei de la cap, procesul este iterativ. Mantra Lean Startup este “Build-Measure-Learn”.

3. Asadar, te rog parcurge cu atentie resursele pe care ti le trimit ca sa avem un limbaj si principii comune. Cand le-ai terminat de citit si te-ai familiarizat cu procesul trimite-mi un Lean Canvas si ce anume ai nevoie in clipa de fata, sa vad daca te pot ajuta.
