Working with Dragos was more like a workshop than anything else. A personal one. Taking things one by one, shifting perspectives and searching for the missing piece. What I appreciated the most is his honesty, his willingness to put it all on the table, as it is for him, and thus encouraging me to do the same. I feared there might be some patronizing notes here and there, considering the urban myth of the know-it-all coach, but fortunately it wasn’t the case.
